Product Introduction:

Permeable concrete, also known as porous concrete, sandless concrete, and permeable pavement, is a porous lightweight concrete made from aggregates, cementitious materials, binders, and water. It is a supporting product for sponge city construction. During rainfall, it allows rainwater to quickly infiltrate below the surface or be collected, achieving effective rainwater utilization.

Application Range:

Sidewalks and bicycle paths, community ground decoration, garden landscape roads and city squares, areas around swimming pools and sports fields, community fire lanes and lightweight roads, golf course cart paths, and outdoor parking lots.

Superior Performance:

1. High permeability, with 15%~25% porosity, allowing a permeability rate of 1~20 mm/s, far exceeding the discharge rate of effective rainfall under excellent drainage conditions;

2. Allows rainwater to infiltrate underground, effectively replenishing groundwater and alleviating urban environmental problems such as the sharp decline in groundwater levels;

3. The load-bearing capacity is far higher than that of ordinary permeable bricks, reaching the load-bearing standard of C20-C30 concrete;

4. Excellent decorative effect, various colors of permeable concrete can be produced according to customer needs, achieving the decorative style required by different environments and personalities.

5. Suitable for mechanized construction, reducing labor costs, reducing the land area occupied by material stacking at the construction site, and mixing as needed.

6. It approaches the heat absorption and heat storage functions of natural vegetation ground. The lower density of the material (15%~25% porosity) reduces its heat storage capacity. The unique porous structure allows lower underground temperatures to be transmitted to the ground, thereby reducing the temperature of the entire paved surface and mitigating the urban heat island effect.

7. Good freeze-thaw resistance. Due to its inherently large pores, it possesses stronger freeze-thaw resistance and will not crack due to freeze-thaw cycles.
