　　Henan Qiangnai New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in July 2012. With a current registered capital of 90.78 million yuan, it is a well-known domestic leading enterprise in comprehensive resource utilization, specializing in the research and development, production, and technical services of high-value resource utilization and low-carbon materials, and the coupling development of green new material industry chains. In May 2018, the company successfully listed on the "New Third Board" (former New Third Board stock code: 872777). In July 2020, it entered the IPO guidance filing enterprise of the Henan Securities Regulatory Bureau and plans to apply for an IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board. In April 2021, it completed the delisting of the "New Third Board" according to the listing plan. The company has eight wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Henan Provincial Institute of Comprehensive Resource Utilization Industry, Henan Gaisen Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Provincial Carbon Neutrality Application Technology Research Institute, and Qiangnai (Hubei) Gypsum Technology Co., Ltd., and has built and put into operation 12 production bases.

　　Adhering to the development concept of "Green, Innovation, Responsibility, and Win-win," the company has gradually formed six major industrial sectors: ground, wall, mortar, prefabricated buildings, CO₂ deep mineralization maintenance building materials, and equipment manufacturing. The annual utilization of solid waste reaches more than 4 million tons, and it is a leading enterprise in the field of waste gypsum comprehensive utilization at home and abroad. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system certification. The company currently has more than 500 employees, with 57% having a junior college degree or above, and 18% having a master's degree or above. The company has established an excellent R&D team through external recruitment and internal training, with 10 full-time and part-time professors (including professor-level senior engineers) and 17 doctors. The company has obtained 68 national authorized patents, including 45 invention patents and 23 utility model patents; it has been the chief editor and participant in the compilation of more than 30 national, industry, local, and group standards.

　　In response to the national environmental protection development trend and industrial policies, and taking the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" science and technology support project as an opportunity, the company began to conduct in-depth research and development of high-value utilization technology for industrial by-product gypsum that can replace cement at the end of 2015. It has successively invested nearly 10 million yuan in the research and development of gypsum self-leveling and plaster gypsum, and now it has fully mastered the complete set of technology and equipment for the formula, production process, and construction process of gypsum self-leveling and plaster gypsum. The company invested 300 million yuan to build an "Industrial By-product Gypsum High-value Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Base" in Macun District, Jiaozuo City, and the base has been put into operation. To date, the company's gypsum-based self-leveling products have been used in construction areas exceeding 10 million square meters, with projects covering Henan, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Sichuan, and Guizhou, and have been widely recognized by the market and customers.
