　　Henan Province Resource Comprehensive Utilization Industry Research Institute was registered and established by Henan Qiangnai New Materials Co., Ltd. on October 8, 2019. The institute is located in Wuzhi County Industrial Cluster, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, across the Yellow River from Zhengzhou, with a 17-minute high-speed rail journey to Zhengzhou. Its superior geographical location, once completed, will make it a high-level research and development innovation and comprehensive service platform for the comprehensive utilization of large-scale industrial waste resources, serving Henan and facing the whole country.

　　The establishment of the research institute aims to build a "government, industry, academia, research, application, and capital" six-in-one cooperation alliance model through government leadership, enterprise dominance, capital and market-driven forces, and a focus on environmental protection and sustainable development, centered around the comprehensive utilization of industrial waste resources, and by conducting top-level design for regional resource utilization, thus creating a win-win future with various partners.

　　In practical work, the research institute will focus on large-scale solid waste resources such as fly ash, slag, gasification slag, industrial by-product gypsum, red mud, calcium carbide slag, steel slag, and construction waste. Based on existing production models, by introducing and utilizing top international and domestic core technologies, advanced processes, and intelligent management, it will initiate directional high-value-added order-based services, achieving the transformation of industrial and construction solid waste from harmless treatment to resource utilization. This will reach a dynamic balance between urban industrial capacity and solid waste consumption, promoting the construction of "waste-free cities".
