  The total investment of the Phase I project is 60 million yuan, with a total construction area of 15,000 square meters. It mainly constructs one production line each for 200,000 tons of ordinary gypsum per year, 50,000 tons of high-strength gypsum and core raw materials per year, and one production line for 300,000 tons of gypsum products per year. After the project is put into production, it can comprehensively utilize more than 350,000 tons of industrial solid waste annually.

  The company's main product—high-strength gypsum-based water-resistant self-leveling mortar—is made from industrial byproduct gypsum as the base material, combined with ultrafine inorganic fillers, various polymer modified activators, and multi-graded aggregates. After mixing with water, it forms a highly fluid slurry that can be manually applied or mechanically poured over large areas to achieve automatic and precise leveling of the ground. Compared with traditional leveling materials and traditional cement-based self-leveling materials, it has superior material properties and a simpler and more efficient application process, with eight key technologies and innovations.

  First, it solves the problem of traditional gypsum-based materials not being water-resistant.

  Traditional gypsum materials are air-setting materials. After hardening, if they encounter water immersion, their strength will decrease sharply or even completely lose their strength. The gypsum material researched in this project is prepared by high-pressure hydrothermal method. Water-resistant minerals are formed during the hydrothermal synthesis process, which can achieve the effect of gypsum material hardening in water. The product has good water resistance and can be used in outdoor and basement areas with long-term dampness.

  Second, it solves the problem of low strength of gypsum-based materials.

  Through the preparation process and the matching of the crystallizing activator in the gypsum preparation process, the prepared gypsum material has controllable strength, and the highest strength can reach 80Mpa. This completely solves the domestic and international situation where the strength of gypsum materials cannot meet the requirements, and can effectively solve problems such as uneven ground, difficulty in leveling, and ground dusting.

  Third, it overcomes the problem of cement-based leveling materials being prone to shrinkage and cracking.

  The ultra-high-strength gypsum material has good volume stability, so the self-leveling product has excellent volume stability. According to the test by the National Building Materials Testing Center, the volume change rate of the product is -0.04%, and it will not crack.

  Fourth, the construction thickness is no longer restricted, and the application range is wide.

  Traditional cement-based self-leveling materials often crack when the construction thickness is greater than 0.5cm. Therefore, when the ground flatness is poor, precise leveling cannot be achieved. The binder material of the results of this project is gypsum-based material, which has good volume stability and will not crack. The construction thickness is not affected, and it can be widely used in ground leveling, ground raising, and floor heating backfilling projects.

  Fifth, early strength and fast hardening, short construction period, and winter construction is possible.

  High-strength gypsum-based water-resistant self-leveling mortar can harden in 4-6 hours, and light-duty wheeled vehicles can pass after 12 hours. The strength after one day can reach the strength requirement of traditional cement self-leveling materials after 28 days, and more than 90% of the design strength can be reached after three days. Therefore, the subsequent construction interval is shortened, and the construction period is effectively shortened. Due to the fast hardening speed and significant hydration heat release, winter construction is possible, and the construction conditions are less demanding.

  Sixth, high leveling accuracy and improved building quality.

  After hardening, the surface of this product is bright and delicate. Because the construction thickness is not limited, horizontal precise leveling can be achieved without manual assistance. According to field tests, the flatness error of the three-meter straightedge can be controlled within 2mm, resulting in higher building quality.

  Seventh, the hardened slurry density is small, and the energy-saving and heat preservation effect is significant.

  The volume density of the hardened body of ultra-high-strength gypsum-based water-resistant self-leveling mortar is 1650kg/m³, while the volume density of traditional fine stone concrete hardened body is usually around 2400kg/m³. In the fields of floor heating backfilling and ground leveling and raising, it can greatly reduce the building load and increase the energy-saving and heat preservation effect. According to calculations, energy saving of about 30% can be achieved.

  Eighth, mechanized construction, efficient and labor-saving.

  Because the material forms a highly fluid slurry after mixing with water, mechanized pumping and automated pouring can be achieved, greatly saving manpower and improving construction efficiency.

  Based on the eight advantages, the ultra-high-strength gypsum-based water-resistant self-leveling mortar, which uses core raw materials such as nanowhiskers produced by utilizing industrial byproduct gypsum, adopts a company + technology + base model. Since its launch at the end of 2018, it has completed more than 1.5 million square meters of construction area in just 10 months, and has been widely promoted in Henan, Shandong, Shanghai, and the Yangtze River Delta region, and has been highly praised by the floor market. At the end of September this year, high-strength gypsum self-leveling mortar successfully entered the foreign market, successfully signing export agreements with Australia, New Zealand, and ASEAN countries, and the first batch of goods was sent abroad on October 10.
