Product Introduction:

Qiangnai New Material Interface Treatment Agent is a water-based polymer interface agent used for base layer treatment during the construction of cement-based and gypsum-based self-leveling floors. It has excellent film-forming properties, sealing the pores of the base layer, significantly reducing the water absorption rate of porous base layers, facilitating self-leveling construction, and enhancing the bonding strength between the base layer and the self-leveling material, acting as a bonding bridge. It effectively prevents hollowing, cracking, and blistering.

Instructions:

1. For base layers with high strength and density, such as C20 concrete and cement mortar, dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1:3 and apply two even coats.

2. For porous and absorbent base layers, dilute at a ratio of 1:3 and apply two or more even coats for better sealing.

3. Regardless of the type of base layer, allow the first coat to dry and form a film before applying the next coat for better sealing.

Precautions:

1. Store in a cool place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

2. Avoid construction at ambient temperatures below 5℃ and relative humidity above 80%.

3. After even application, allow it to dry completely and form a good film (approximately 1-2 hours) before proceeding with self-leveling construction. If the next step of construction cannot be carried out immediately after application, pay attention to product protection to prevent damage to the formed interface agent.
