Product Introduction:
Prefabricated low-energy ecological residential buildings are a new building structure system that is energy-saving, shock-resistant, ecological, energy-efficient, and economical and practical. Without significantly increasing the construction cost, it can completely replace the traditional brick-concrete structure and effectively solve the technical problems currently faced by rural and urban housing in China, such as "poor earthquake resistance, low industrialization level, high resource consumption, and serious land waste."
 
Characterized by the use of new materials, new structures, and new technologies, it uses deformation coordination theory to combine building materials with different elastic moduli and greatly different mechanical properties (mainly including industrial waste materials and ecological materials) to form a new composite wall structure. It is mainly assembled and cast in place from prefabricated ecological composite wall panels and concrete cast-in-place edge connecting components (vertical edge components, connecting columns, and restraining hidden beams) and floor slabs (cast-in-place or composite floor slabs can be used). As the main load-bearing component of the structure, the ecological composite wall is composed of wall members or wall sections formed by ecological composite wall panels and concrete cast-in-place edge connecting components.
