1. Bidding Conditions

2. Project Overview
2.1 This project is Yichang Qiangnai's annual 300,000-ton phosphogypsum product new project.
2.2 Tender Package Division: This tender is divided into three tender packages:
Package 1: Yichang Qiangnai annual production 300,000-ton phosphogypsum product new project Civil construction, construction of new workshops, warehouses and other civil construction facilities 20000 square meters, including miscellaneous renovation projects, etc.;
Package 2: This project ton-bag system, material lifting system, equipment contained in the material storage warehouse procurement and installation (specific equipment list see tender documents);
Package 3: The procurement and installation of equipment contained in the powder, spiral conveying and mixing system of this project (specific equipment list see tender documents);
Package 4: The procurement and installation of equipment contained in the packaging system of this project (specific equipment list see tender documents);

- Bidder Qualification Requirements:
3.1 Package 1:
3.1.1 Bidders must have Grade 3 and above general contracting qualification for building engineering construction ，and must have independent legal person qualifications, valid safety production permits (copy) and business licenses (copy), and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
3.1.2 This tender requires the project manager to have relevant Grade 2 and above registered construction engineer qualification 'and a valid project manager's safety production assessment certificate (B), and no ongoing construction or undertaking projects.'
3.2 Package 2 to 5:
3.2.1 Bidders must have a valid business license and have the business strength and perfect after-sales service system to complete this project. If the bidder is an agent or distributor, it must obtain the sole authorization of the manufacturer.
3.3 Package 6:
3.3.1 Bidders must have Grade B and above qualifications for building engineering supervision issued by the construction administrative authority, and must have independent legal person qualifications, and have corresponding supervision capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
3.3.2 The designated project director must have the qualification of a national registered supervisor engineer for building engineering, and shall not serve as a supervisor engineer for other construction projects under construction.
3.4 Financial Requirements: No financial receivership, freezing or bankruptcy status.
